This episode opens with Gin-san and Shinpachi sitting on the beach, looking around for a guy who’s supposedly been filming female beachgoers without their consent, which basically involves them checking out female beachgoers with high tech binoculars while Kagura does the job herself. They discover the voyeur (the one with the camera, not Our Heroes) is from Ryugu Palace, and rope him into bringing them so they can play Urashima Taro.
Some stuff happens, and everyone ends up on a deserted island. After some shenanigans, Zura, Gin-san, and Kagura encounter a big box just sitting in the middle of the island. Zura touches it like an idiot and he and Gin-san end up aged into old men.
This episode is pretty good. The stuff with the cast catching each other doing embarrassing shit was funny, and Kyubei is in it which is always Good Shit. I’m not as hyped for this arc as I was for Shinsengumi Crisis, but it seems like it’s gonna be pretty fun.
Next episode it seems they’ll uncover some sort of nefarious plot involving the weird box. Till next time.
