First Impressions: Kaguya-sama: Love is War

Yay, romance. So fun.

I love her.

Kaguya-sama: Love is War is about idiots in love who refuse to admit it to each other until the other person admits it to them, and it’s hilarious. The developing relationship between the main couple is played out and narrated like an ongoing war, with each sub-episode? chapter? following a particular battle in that war. Also Fujiwara Chika (pictured above) is likely a chaos entity made flesh, and is the best.

The animation is delightful, the relationships between the characters are interesting (and hilarious), the characters themselves are likable (especially Chika), and I am legit excited to watch more.

You should really check this one out.
