Oh look, an anime about sportsball, my favourite.
For something about a high school soft tennis club, this anime’s actually pretty decent. (Not that sports anime is inherently bad or anything, it’s just not my thing.) It’s not a very comedic or even happy show (so far), which I should probably warn you about now – if you have sensitivities or triggers about physical or emotional child abuse, I’d say maybe give this one a miss. Otherwise, I’m fairly comfortable recommending this one to anyone, even those like me who couldn’t give two shits about real life sports, much less animated ones.
