the absolutely boring pacing~
No wait, that’s not enjoyable.
This episode is okay for a premiere, I guess, but for all the decent animation and interesting plot threads it sets up, it’s absolutely ruined by the fact that most of the characters are so gawdawful boring that I don’t actually care what happens to them. I might give it another episode, if nothing better crops up, but I don’t hold out hope for improvement.
