This was described to me as something in the line of Harvey Birdman and Space Ghost. I’ve never watched either of those and know only what I’ve seen on the internet about Harvey Birdman so that description was exactly zero helpful.
It’s not bad, whatever it is. Characters trying to balance world domination with day jobs? They made a spell to take over the world from home because they’re try to be conscientious citizens and social distance due to COVID. So far they’ve only used the spell (which can allegedly make humans do anything) to make the Hero need to use the bathroom real bad. It’s funny, I think.
Basically, this is a weird anime about idiots. Watch it if you enjoy weird anime about idiots.
