I was somewhat confused for a moment thinking I might be familiar with this one, only to realize I was mistaking it for a similar manga about a nerdy guy who’s constantly tormented by a cute girl who finds him appealing for some reason likely related to it being an escapist fantasy.
No, not that one, the other one. No, not that one, either. It’s definitely not that one. The one I’m thinking of has a gal in it.
No, no, not that one. God, no, not that one.
Y’know, if we keep waiting for me to remember the title we’ll be stuck here all day, and I want to go to bed. Let’s just get on with it.

As far as “nerdy guy teased by cute girl” anime go, this was a pretty good one. It’s not as good as Teasing Master Takagi-san or The Dangers In My Heart, but still better than Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! and certainly better than… that. I liked that Nagatoro got to pull some genuinely weird faces instead of having to be cute all the time, and while some might find her teasing in the first segment to be a bit too mean, it’s tempered by the fact that that dialogue was Bad, and Gross, and Kinda Sexist, and so she was right to make fun of it.
Overall, it’s cute. The main dude doesn’t leave much of an impression (I don’t think we even got his name), but the main dude in these shows isn’t really supposed to. If you have a low tolerance for second hand embarrassment or found the eponymous Uzaki-chan to be unbearable even in small doses you might be better off checking out Takagi-san or waiting for the inevitable Dangers anime, but you probably won’t regret checking this one out if you’re interested. Whether or not I stick with it will depend on if my watchlist this season ends up as crowded as the last one, but I enjoyed it well enough and will probably give it at least another episode or two.
